Community Clinic Maps and Locations  

San Francisco Community Consortium these nine partner clinics were created to provide primary care services. Many clinics offer "one stop shopping" including mental health services, dental and vision care, health promotion and disease prevention education. Services are available in up to 20 languages - free to those who cannot pay and on a sliding scale for those who can pay.
